Second day
Well, so after dinner tonight, my second day in Athens for this program is over. We had our first orientation today, and I found out more information about my classes. The Monuments of Greece class seems to require some work, but a lot of the class is excursions to various places..super cool. The theatre classes will be amazing. The one class is more the history of theatre rather than acting, but the Modern Theatre class will be so cool. We actually get to perform on the same stage in the same theatre where the ancient Greeks performed! How cool is that?!?!?!?!?! We are going to the Acropolis next Wednesday for the day =) There is a beautiful view of the Acropolis from the terrace at my school..so amazing. We are leaving for Crete for 4 days at the end of the month. That should be a great time. I have wireless in the apartment, but only because we're using someone else's (shh!). I am on quite frequently, but I probably won't be on as much once classes and the traveling begins. Please keep in touch! As much as I am having a fantastic time, I miss home...a lot. Is it bad that although I am having such a wonderful time and am so excited for everything to happen, I already have a countdown for when I come home? Lol. Miss you all!

Aleka! It sounds like you will have a wonderful time. I understand what you mean about missing home. I had a blast in Austria and all the other places I went over the summer but I still missed home. Just don't think about missing home so much that you forget to have fun in Greece. Keep up updated!
