I celebrated Thanksgiving of fall 2009 in Athens, Greece. How many people can say that?! Although it certainly wasn't home, it was still a good time. Two of the professors made an excellent turkey and all students brought dishes of their own =) I brought a Greek salad, of course! My dinner was wonderful and consisted of turkey, corn, mixed vegetables, celery with this incredible dip, cooked broccoli, and rice. Dessert was fabulous! I had a nice serving size of bugatza (an amazing Greek cream pie), a small piece of chocolate cake, a small portion of apple pie, and some other sweet treats. I felt like I could have rolled away after that meal, I ate way too much. But hey, it's only one time a year, right? lol. I AM HOME IN ONE WEEK EXACTLY!!!!
